We currently ship to United States (US) only.
2) Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days to process before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time may be longer during high-demand periods.
3) Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time (after shipping) is typically 7–15 business days.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs checks, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout.
If we offer free shipping promotions, they may require a minimum order amount and can change at any time.
5) Tracking
When available, we provide tracking information by email and/or in your account.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package ships.
6) Address Accuracy (Important)
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit number where applicable).
If a package is delayed, returned, or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- we may not be able to issue a refund, and
- reshipping (if possible) may require an additional fee.

- shipping carriers
- customs inspections
- weather conditions
- holidays or peak seasons
- events outside our control
8) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos of the package and item
