1) Where do you ship?
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Available shipping methods depend on your location and the product.
2) How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies by product and destination. Estimated delivery time will appear during checkout and/or in your order details. Delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, or peak seasons.
3) Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, for most orders. Once available, we will email your tracking information or it will appear in your order page.
4) Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at help@furloo.store. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing starts.
5) Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation soon after placing the order. If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6) What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and provide a solution (replacement/refund where applicable).
7) What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?
Check tracking first. If the estimated delivery window has passed, email us with your order number and we will assist.
8) Do you accept returns?

9) Are prices and availability guaranteed?
Product availability and pricing may change due to supplier updates. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with options (replacement, wait, or refund).
