This Refund & Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds work at Furloo. We aim to be fair and transparent. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

1) Cancellations

  • You can request a cancellation only before the order is processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2) Returns (Change of Mind)

Because many of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or “no longer needed” reasons.

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.


3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@furloo.store with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will provide one of the following solutions (at our discretion):

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Full/partial refund, depending on the case

4) Missing Items / Not Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, or if an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. We may request additional information (e.g., confirmation with the carrier, delivery location details).


5) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank and may take 5–10 business days (or longer in some cases).

We do not refund:

  • any original shipping fees (if paid), unless the issue was our error
  • orders with issues caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer

6) Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment/unit number where applicable). If an order is returned, lost, or not delivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund. Reshipping (if possible) may require an additional fee.


7) Delivery Times & Delays

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Order number
  • Issue description
  • Photos/videos (if applicable)
